zstrassI am still on hold with Jetblue. I canceled the flight online, though if I leave now I can probably catch it. I give up. I have way too much patience--for those of you keeping track at home, we're now in hour 4 of being on hold. Some might call it stubborness, just not willing to let the time I'd spent so far go for naught. This may be a recurring problem for me. Whatever, I'll leave the psychoanalysis for later.
I'm exhausted and will try to catch a few hours of sleep before work. I'll fight it out for the full refund vs. the credit later.
